Alex D’Aguiar has stepped down as operating director at the Gordon Ramsay Group to join Incipio Group, the company behind the Pergola on the Roof concept.
D’Aguiar, who has had stints at Tape London and Eclectic Bar Group, has joined Incipio as its new operations director, as the company gears up to open three new sites.
The company, which recently announced it would launch Feast Canteen, a new food court at Hammersmith’s Kings Mall shopping scheme, is set to launch The Cornerhouse at White City Place and The Empress in West Brompton Crossing.
The latter will be housed on the former The Prince pub and is set to feature two bars, four house restaurants and a covered woodland pergola garden.
The company is currently in talks with operators regarding taking space at both sites.
