Ennismore, the London-based hospitality group, which owns Gleneagles and the Hoxton hotel group, has hired Ross Clarke as its new chef director.

Clarke joins the group, which also includes the Tandoor Chophouse concept in Covent Garden and backs Breddos Tacos, from Goodlife Projects, the company behind Rum Kitchen and Foley’s.

He was also previously creative development chef at the Fat Duck.
