The City Pub Group has appointed Emma Fox as an independent non-executive director.

Fox has 30 years of experience in the retail, leisure, and drinks sectors, and is currently CEO of Berry Bros & Rudd, the oldest wine and spirit merchant in the UK.

She has also held senior management and divisional board roles at large retailers including Halfords, Walmart Canada, ASDA, Hollywood Bowl and as a non-executive director at Punch Taverns.

Whilst at Walmart, Fox set Walmart’s global diversity and inclusion strategy across 28 countries.
