Indian street food and craft beer concept Bundobust has appointed Menesh Modhwadia as managing director.
Modhwadia was previously MD at Pesto Restaurants, prior to which he was director of operations at Mission Mars. He has also worked with Mitchells & Butlers.
Bundobust has three locations, in Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester, as well as a brewery in Manchester.
The restaurant, founded in 2014 by Mayur Patel and Marko Husak, took home the ‘People of the Year’ award at the annual R200 Awards organised by Restaurant Magazine last week.
Earlier this year, Patel and Husak revealed they were planning to incorporate both restaurant and brewery spaces into future sites. They are also considering expanding into retail with their craft beer range.
