Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) has appointed Catherine Salloux as group marketing director, with immediate effect.

Sallox brings with her a wealth of industry experience, gained both in the UK and US. She has previously worked with Del Monte and Unilever, and has held directorial roles at ASK Italian and Bill’s.
