Bill’s, the rapidly-growing restaurant chain backed by Richard Caring, has appointed Marco Reick, formerly of The Restaurant Group (TRG), as its new head of people.
Reick joins the 22-strong group after over six years as head of recruitment at TRG.
He also previously had stints as Berkeley Scott as a consultant and at Mitchells & Butlers as a general manager.
Reick joins Bill’s as it is gearing up to open in Hoxton Square on 1 July and Kensington later this summer.
The group is also believed to be eyeing openings in Salisbury and Leamington Spa.
