Hillary Ansell has joined Gordon Ramsay Restaurants as marketing director, MCA understands.
Ansell has spent the last five years as director of marketing and food development at Casual Dining Group, working across a variety of different areas within the business.
She joins Ramsay’s group amid speculation about it senior management make-up. Chief executive Stuart Gillies is understood to be on gardening leave, with managing director Andy Wenlock believed to be in day to day control of the business. Gillies originally denied the rumours of his departure when contacted by MCA last month but he and Wenlock have since failed to respond to requests for comment.
