Sarah Andrews, formerly of Tesco and Whitbread, has stepped down as IT director of better burger brand Byron.
Andrews joined the Simon Cope-led group in September 2016 after just over a year as head of IT at Tesco Hospitality.
Previous to that she was a restaurant solutions manager at Whitbread for over three years and spent nine years at Pizza Hut, including stints as a project manager and business analyst.
She has left Byron to become an independent IT consultant.
In August, Byron reshuffled its management team following the departure of chief operating officer Nick Young, with Steve De Polo made managing director.
Young joined Byron from Aubaine last year, while De Pole joined as commercial and brand director from Ei Group earlier this summer.
