Turtle Bay director of operations Adam Gregory has stepped down from the business after five years.
Gregory has previously worked stints at Be At One and Leon, as well as Wagamama for nearly five years, Welcome Break for 11 years and TGI Fridays for two years.
At Turtle Bay, he helped build the capability and capacity in the growing portfolio (52), at the Caribbean-inspired restaurant and bar group.
The Piper-backed business is recruiting for a replacement.
