Partners Lord Daresbury, Simon Parker Bowles and Lord Vestey are planning to turn their Green's Restaurant into a chain.
The company has secured a second site in the City of London at Cornhill and plans to open it following a £2m refit and is looking for a third outlet in Canary Wharf.
The business partners are aiming to use the original Green's Restaurant & Oyster Bar in St James's as the model and to adapt it for new locations.
