Franco Manca and Real Greek operator Fulham Shore is confident it will thrive once the market returns to normal.

The David Page-led group is working with partners, landlords, HMRC and staff to reduce its outgoings to the basic minimum, with the UK Government’s business support plans not due to pay out for some weeks yet.

The group’s lenders were said to be supportive, with sufficient undrawn facilities available to manage the business through the period of closure.
