Chicago Rib Shack, part of the Camden Dining Group, has opened its seventh site, within a pub called The Gipsy Queen.
Located in Kentish Town, the pub on Malden Road is now host to the southern bbq concept, which is serving food on Monday to Thursday evenings and from lunchtime onwards on Fridays and over the weekend.
On Sundays the pub’s own kitchen team will return to serve up its traditional Sunday roasts alongside the Chicago Rib Shack team.
The site is the third to open this year, following locations in Boxpark Croydon and Wandsworth’s Southside Shopping centre.
Following the launch of its Wandsworth site in May, founder of Camden Dining Group Roger Payne said there would be three new proposed Chicago Rib Shack sites to open in 2018.
