All Star Lanes, the ten-pin bowling operator, has confirmed it will open its first site outside London later this summer in Manchester.

The company, whose founders include Mark von Westenholz and restaurateurs Adam and Charles Breeden, has taken a 19,000sq ft unit at the Great Northern Warehouse in the city.

It has taken a 25-year lease at Capital & Regional’s 399,000sq ft Grade II-listed scheme, with an opening of the venue scheduled for the end of the summer.

Last September, opened its fourth outlet and biggest so far at the Westfield Stratford City development.

The group also currently operates sites in Brick Lane, Holborn and Bayswater, with each venue featuring a bar and an American-style restaurant.
