Yo! Sushi is to open its first site outside London, on Rose Street, Edinburgh in July.
The site will include a 1,800 sq ft Yo! Sushi and a 3,500 sq ft Yo! Below bar.
The site will be the first to include a "confessional" tarot booth which, Yo! says, "allows guests to learn about their past, present and future".
The Yo! Sushi will be open seven days a week between 12 noon and 11pm while the Yo! Below has a late night licence until 1am. The company currently has nine Yo! Sushi sites and two Yo! Below.
