Viet Cafe, Russia’s first network of Vietnamese restaurants, has secured the Blue Lagoon site in Haymarket for its first site in the UK
The group, which currently operates 17 sites across Russia and Kazakhstan, will open the site at 23 Haymarket later this spring.
The company currently operates two formats in Russia, its core format and a fledgling Express concept in three sites.
