UK hospitality sector worth £106bn

The UK’s hospitality industry is now worth £106.9bn, according to the British Hospitality Association’s (BHA) Trends and Statistics 2007 handbook.According to the report, the industry is worth £4.9bn more than last year, and is £22.9bn up on the government’s estimate.It is also already above the government’s 2012 target of £100bn.Out-of-home ...
