Charles Butler, the owner of Butler’s Café Bar Restaurant in Holt, has acquired the leasehold interest of Tatlers Restaurant in Norwich for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £200,000. Butler plans to turn the 70-cover fine dining restaurant into a family venture to be operated by the chef Sean Creasey, who also runs the original Holt establishment. The eaterie, which was previously owned by Annelli Clarke, is located adjacent to the cathedral over two floors and holds two AA Rosettes. Christie & Co handled the deal.
