The Cobarna Nightclub in Stevenage has been sold for an undisclosed amount to Om-ega Entertainment.
The club was put up for sale with a guide price of £500,000 by receivers Ernst & Young. The club was formerly owned by Springwood Leisure.
Stewart Harkness, of Christie & Co, which handled the sale, said: "The new operators have many good ideas and plan to make this the club to go to in Stevenage."
