Spianata & Co, the Italian sandwich and bakery chain, is to open a new flagship site in London later this month in Mayfair.
The group, which is led by former investment banker Stefano Nicolai, will open its sixth site in the capital in Hay Hill, just off Berkeley Street.
Launched in 2004, the group also operates sites in Spitalfields, Blomfield Street, Leadenhall Market, More London Place near London Bridge, and Holborn Viaduct.
