A Spearmint Rhino lap-dancing club has succeeded in retaining its licence after undercover police claimed it was operating as a brothel.

Highbury Corner magistrates in North London decided not to revoke the licence.

Spearmint Rhino agreed to pay £70,000 police costs as an "expression of sincerity".
