Frozen yogurt retailer Snog is to open two new London sites in the coming months as it looks to expand its presence. The privately-owned company, which opened its first store in South Kensington in May of last year, is to launch its first kiosk outlet at Shepherd Bush’s Westfield shopping centre on 17 August. Snog is also set to open its largest store to date - with seating for 30 to 40 people - in Covent Garden’s Garrick Street at the 600 sq ft site of the former Spiceworks cafe. The site, which is owned by Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises, is expected to open in October or November. Christie & Co brokered the deal. More sites will follow at the start of next year and the company has ambitions to move outside the capital. Snog, which also has a store in Soho’s Brewer Street, operates an all-day trading model with its stores open until midnight. The company works with various artists and interior designers to create a fresh look for each shop and has promises each store’s in-store graphics will change every six months.
