Spectre Leisure, the amusement and gaming machines supplier, has announced it has secured three new sole-supply contracts worth an estimated £1.5m. Joseph Holt has awarded a new two-year contract to Sceptre for 100% sole supply to its 130-location managed and tenanted estate, whilst the McManus Pub Company has awarded the group a new two-year contract for 100% sole supply to its 13-strong pub estate. De Vere Hotels has also extended its current two-year sole-supply agreement with Sceptre for a further twelve months to August 2012. Ken Turner, Sceptre’s chief executive, said: “These new deals demonstrate our continued progress towards becoming the number one machine operator in the UK pub market. Sceptre will continue to follow its strategy of growth both through organic contract gains, and also through selected strategic acquisitions. With the trend towards consolidation gathering pace, I believe that Sceptre remains well-placed to take advantage of new opportunities as they arise.”
