The Robot Pub Group is set to install its range of technology into five venues, including one in France and one in Kentucky.

Phil Neal, The Robot Pub Group’s director, said that the company had a very busy March ahead and that business is ”going well”.

The Lazy Fox - the group’s second London venue - is now turning a profit and there are plans to establish another site for the Thirsty Bear concept.

Neale said: ”The Lazy Fox is a little off the beaten track, so it was always going to take more time [to be profitable]. It’s now turning a profit, with like for like sales increasing by 50% on last year’s figures.”

The Westbourne, in Swansea, is another of the venues choosing to install products from The Robot Group.

Owner, Mark Lingwood, said: “We’re having the new technology installed at the end of March: “We thought we’d do something new in the area - we have a full refurb going on.”
