The Rank Group is selling is half-share of Universal Studios Escape to Blackstone Capital Partners for up to $350m (£232.01m). Three hotels next to the Orlando, Florida, theme park are not included in the deal. Nor is the investment in Universal Studios Japan. Rank will use the proceeds to reduce debts.
