M&C Report understands that the company has lined up the Caffe Uno in Braintree and its eponymous site in Welwyn Garden City for further conversions to the four-strong concept

The conversion of the Caffe Uno in Braintree’s Freeport Designer Village complex, would leave the group with one site under the former Paramount Restaurants brand in Brentwood.
The group is currently looking at opportunities further openings under its fledgling Cleaver brand after the success of the initial four sites under the new the new format.
Kaye told M&C Report last year that he could see the group opening more in 2014 and that he would like to secure a central London site for the format.
The first Cleaver opened in Cobham, Surrey, in June, with further openings following in Oxford, Wokingham and Leatherhead.
The concept is being overseen by Scott Charlesworth, the former managing director of Caffe Uno.
