The Incipio Group, the company behind the Pergola on the Roof concept, is to launch two further sites in London, MCA has learnt.

The company, which recently announced it would launch Feast Canteen, a new food court at Hammersmith’s Kings Mall shopping scheme, is also set to launch The Cornerhouse at White City Place and The Empress in West Brompton Crossing.

The latter will be housed on the former The Prince pub and is set to feature two bars, four house restaurants and a covered woodland pergola garden.

The company is currently in talks with operators regarding taking space at both sites.

Feast Canteen, which will launch at the start of next year, will initially feature sites from operators including Patty & Bun, Salvation in Noodles and Breddos Tacos.

Earlier this year, Pergola signed a two-year lease for a new 850-capacity restaurant, set over two floors on the site of 5 Kingdom Street, Paddington Central.

Pergola on the Roof launched in May 2016 at the former BBC Television Centre in White City. The experience proved popular, attracting 130,000 visitors during its initial three-month opening.
