Shopping centre champagne and cocktail bar concept Oh You Pretty Things has undergone a pre-pack sale, with sister site Sugar Dumplin’ also thought to be on the market.

MCA revealed earlier this month that the Norris Panton and Craig Ince-led group was marketing its four sites.

Mixed Blessings F&B trading as Oh You Pretty Things entered administration on 17 October, with Julien Irving and Adrian Poxon, of Leonard Curtis, appointed joint administrators.

The group, which has bars at the Trafford Centre in Manchester, Metrocentre in Gateshead, Trinity Kitchen in Leeds, and Intu Lakeside in Essex, was sold to a “connected party” after a period of marketing.

A Leonard Curtis spokesman said: “Trading losses resulted in a build up of trade and tax liabilities. The director made attempts to source third-party investment into the business in order to fund working capital, although this was unsuccessful. Legal action was threatened by a creditor and appropriate steps were taken to preserve the business.”

MCA understands that Panton and Ince are also seeking buyers for the remaining site for their Sugar Dunplin’ Caribbean food concept, in the London Designer Outlet in Wembley.
