A number of leading eating and drinking out operators are believed to have expressed interest in opening at the Innox Riverside development in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Cineworld has just signed up to open an eight-screen cinema on the site of the old Bowyers factory, which will also feature six restaurants, a café and a pub. Property advisor CWM is marketing the units, and it is understood that two are already under offer to leading chains. The site, which will feature a public piazza and riverside walk, will also include an 80,000sq ft Morrisons.
