Coyote Ugly set to open in Bristol for seventh UK site.

The new bar is set for a February opening, on Bordeaux Quay in what was most recently Revolucion de Cuba.

It will be the first new UK site for the US brand since it opened under the Zedwell Hotel in London’s Shaftesbury Avenue in August.

In cooperation with Reef Technology, guests have the ability to order from multiple brands in a single contactless transaction and receive their orders in minutes.

Crepe & Roll’s offer includes its signature range of sweet crêpe rolls and dip ‘n roll ice cream combos via Reef’s digital ordering system.

 

Fluffy Fluffy, Liverpool

Pancake-brand-Fluffy-Fluffy-to-open-in-Leeds

The Canadian pancake brand will be opening a 1,500 sq ft site on Liverpool’s Berry Street in early 2024.

Designed by RCJ Concepts the light and airy social space will feature the brand’s trademark yellow and white colourways and a mix of sofa style booths and banquette seating. The bespoke bamboo-inspired joinery evokes the brand’s Japanese heritage whils the bright colours

Filishack, Elephant and Castle

Filipino street food operator Filishack has chosen Elephant and Castle for its second permanent London site.

Brothers Jonathan and Justice Cacho have taken a 611 sq ft site space in Lendlease’s Elephant Park development.

Set to open next month, Filishack’s Elephant Park restaurant will serve an all-day menu, where customers can build their own rice boxes, burritos, and salads, with Filipino street food favourites such as grilled chicken inasal and beef adobo.
