ZULA, Marble Arch
The international burger restaurant from Istanbul will be launching in London for their first UK site.
ZULA will be opening its doors in the spring of 2024 in Marble Arch on Old Quebec Street, just off Oxford Street.
The brand has partnered with both Alan Yau and Yamabache’s Reha Arslan to bring the plan to fruition and will be continuing to roll out ZULA sites over the coming months.
Josephine, Fulham Road
Michelin-starred Claude Bosi and Lucy Bosi are set to open neighbourhood French bistro, Josephine on Fulham Road at the end of January 2024.
The couple’s first joint venture, Josephine will offer bistro classics and regional Lyonnaise specialities, with a daily plat du jour and a set ”Menu Des Canut” also on offer, named after the term ‘canut’ for Lyonnais silk and lace weavers.
The restaurant design, by Fabled Studio, draws inspiration from Lyon’s historic Bouchons and the city’s rich cultural heritage.
Los Mochis, Liverpool Street
The Tokyo meets Tulum concept, will be launching a flagship restaurant in the heart of Liverpool Street.
Founded by Markus Thesleff, the second restaurant for the brand will open on the 9th floor rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street, boasting a bar, restaurant, two private dining rooms and a 3,000 sq. ft outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the city.
Led by ex-Nobu Executive Chef Leonard Tanyag, the menu will showcase dishes such as ‘Make your own tacos with King Crab Legs and Wagyu Grade 5 Tomahawk Steaks’ designed for guests to assemble themselves and share.
Azteca, Battersea Rise
Beaufort House owners are set to open a second Azteca restaurant site, in the former The Breakfast Club site at 5-9 Battersea Rise.
It joins existing Azteca restaurant in the Kings Road in Chelsea.
Level X, Edinburgh
Lane 7’s Level X concept is set to open a new site in Edinburgh, next year.
A new venue at Ocean Terminal will be their second in the city, with a 29,000 sqft purpose-built, state-of-the-art venue adjacent to the ground floor entrance, amalgamating nine units plus the mall space between them.
It will offer a vast range of the latest and best games including bowling, minigolf, table tennis, karaoke, arcade games and a virtual reality arena.
