Next month, Wagamama’s Aberdeen restaurant is set to re-open after undergoing refurbishment. Located in Union Square, the extension has been designed for an additional 80 covers. 

The Aberdeen restaurant will serve up wagamama signature dishes, amongst them the chicken katsu, ramens and the 50% plant based menu.

Wagamama’s latest opening will also offer the new Korean-inspired menu including wagamama’s first ever hot pots, with chicken, steak or silken tofu. 

The Real Greek, Liverpool

Greek restaurant, The Real Greek, is to launch its debut site in the city, at Liverpool ONE.

Occupying a 3,900 sq ft unit on Paradise Street, the Fulham Shore-owned brand is the eleventh F&B and leisure operator to commit to the destination so far this year.

It takes the total area of F&B and leisure space signed or opened at Liverpool ONE in 2023 to 156,000 sq ft. 

 

Fatto a Mano, Covent Garden

Fatto a Mano will open its second London pizzeria next month in Covent Garden.

The brand’s fifth site will takeover the site on St Martins Lane that previously housed Iranian restaurant Nutshell.  It will mark Fatto a Mano’s first London opening under its core brand.

Last year the group laid down permanent roots in the capital with the launch of Fatto Pizza & Beer, which focused directly on pairing pizza with craft beer.

Miss Millie’s, Newquay

The fried chicken chainand Motor Fuel Group (MFG) have announced that Newquay will be the location for its next forecourt store, after it entered into a franchise partnership earlier this year.

The new Newquay restaurant and takeaway is due to open late November, and is located on the roundabout between the A392 and Trevemper road.

The new store will showcase Miss Millie’s new brand, instore design and menu, including a range of chicken burgers, wraps, hot wings, tenders, churros and waffles.

Steakhouse and barbecue restaurant Temper will open its fifth London restaurant next month in Paddington.

The group has acquired the former KuPP site on Merchant Square by Paddington Basin for its latest opening.

It comes just over a year after the launch of Temper Shoreditch, which marked a return to the expansion trail for the group following a four-year hiatus. 

Rosa’s Thai, Westfield London

Rosa’s Thai is set to open in in Westfield White City next month. It marks the 38th site opening for the TriSpan-backed business.  

The latest site is located in the Southern Terrace of the shopping centre. It comes after Rosa’s Thai made its Scottish debut in September with an opening on the former Cote site in Glasgow’s West Nile Street.

200 Degrees will open its second shop in Liverpool this weekend, its 21st nationwide.

The coffee roaster and retailer was founded in 2012 in Nottingham and has since expanded its footprint across the Midlands and Nrth of England.

The company’s first Liverpool site in the Met Quarter opened in July 2019.
