Chopstix, Baker Street
Asian QSR brand, Chopstix will open its ninth site on Baker Street, London this month, with franchise partner RTL Enterprises.
The new Baker Street site boasts state of the art digital screens, along with bold and bright signature interiors including the brand’s signature ‘living wall,’ natural wood finishes and its winking anime character.
Bunsik, Stratford
Grab-and-go Korean street food brand Bunsik will launch its fourth London site at Westfield Stratford City in December.
Located in the lower ground level food court, Bunsik introduces a new range of vegetarian options to its menu, including the debut of its first Veggie Burger. The opening marks the fifth venue for the brand, following Bunsik’s first venture outside of London in Manchester earlier this year.
Sides, Merry Hill
The fried chicken restaurant launched by YouTube collective, The Sidemen, is to open at Midlands shopping complex, Merry Hill, joining the centre’s existing F&B line-up.
It marks Sides’ second standalone restaurant space in the UK, and its first outside of London. With space for 100 diners, the new 2,960 square foot restaurant will be fitted out in the Sidemen’s signature black and white style.
Pizza Pilgrims, East Croydon
Pizza Pilgrims has announced the opening of an East Croydon pizzeria in February 2024, bringing its Neapolitan pizza to the South London neighbourhood.
Having opened in Queen’s Park earlier this year, the brand will open its first site in Leeds this month, ahead of the East Croydon opening.
Paddy & Scott’s, Lichfield
East-Anglia based coffee roaster and coffee shop operator Paddy & Scott’s has opened a new store in Lichfield, the Midlands.
It marks the brand’s first step outside of its heartland, with exisiting sites in Ipswich and Colchester.
Le Deli Robuchon
Le Deli Robuchon will open on the King’s Road in Chelsea at the end of this month, open early until late, with breakfast, lunch and dinner available to eat in or to take-away.
The site, which features a wrap-around deli counter, will be the first to offer the brand-new savoury iteration of Le Deli’s cube croissant.
Hummingbird Bakery, Soho
The Hummingbird Bakery is set to open its latest location on Wardour Street, Soho. The 800 square foot site will offer the brand’s signature cupcakes, traditional American pies, birthday cakes, cookies and Red Velvet ice cream.
The new Soho bakery will showcase a sleek and modern design, and features a Create Your Own Station where guests can have their treats and celebration cakes customised by a team of Hummingbird cake decorators.
Manahatta, Newcastle
Arc Inspirations is set to launch its biggest development so far, with the opening of New York-themed bar, Manahatta, in Newcastle this November.
The most recent edition to its Manahatta portfolio, the site marks the ninth site for the brand joining locations in Birmingham, Harrogate, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and York.
Located in the former Allied Irish Bank on Collingwood Street, the 450 guest venue features a bar with feature high ceilings as well as a mezzanine floor, overlooking the main bar area with a spacious second bar suited for parties and corporate events.
