Crêpeaffaire, Borehamwood
Crêpeaffaire has launched its first unit in a Tesco store at Tesco Extra Borehamwood. The in-store kiosk will open on the ground floor of the supermarket and serve its signature crêpes and coffees.
The crêpe brand currently operates 14 sites in the UK as well as further locations in the Middle East and Netherlands.
Pieminister, Derby
Bristol born Pieminister has opened in Derby in the site of a former betting shop on Victoria Street, serving up classic favourites like the steak and ale Moo and chicken alongside newcomers like the plant-based Mooless Moo.
The pie specialist opened a franchise site in Bath earlier this year as it looks to further its presence in Bristol and market towns, after partnering with Seeds Consulting to continue its franchise expansion.
Wingstop, Southampton
The US fast-food operator Wingstop has signed a 15-year lease for a 3,730 sq ft unit in Hammerson’s Westquay centre in Southampton.
It will be the chicken concept’s 33rd site in the UK.
Bagel Factory, Southampton
Bagel Factory will also open at the Westquay shopping centre in Southampton.
The food to go concept has taken a 770 sq ft unit for a 10-year term and joins a line-up of F&B offerings that includes Tap and Tandoor, L’Osteria, Wagamama and The Real Greek.
Sticky Mango, Islington Square
South-East Asian restaurant concept Sticky Mango will open its third location in Islington Square this month. It follows the brand’s recently opened flagship restaurant in Tower Bridge.
The new 2,219 sq ft unit will be located next to Megan’s, and serve signature dishes such as Thai Green Papaya Salad and Singapore Chilli Lobster.
Bone Daddies, Leicester Square
Bone Daddies is set to open its next ramen bar in Leicester Square this October. The Cranbourn Street site will hold 80 covers across two floors.
The restaurant and ramen bar concept first launched in 2012 and currently operates seven sites under its core brand in London, as well as two Flesh & Buns restaurants.
Toca Social, Westfield London
Toca Social, the interactive football games and social entertainment venue will open its third UK location at Westfield London.
It comes after the brand’s inaugural venue launch at The O2 London in 2021. Construction for the new venue which will be located over an entire floor of the unit previously occupied by Debenhams, is scheduled to commence in 2024.
