The viral internet star butcher behind Turkish grill house group Nusr-et is opening sites in London and New York in the next few months, Turkish media reports.
Nusret Gökçe became a social media phenomenon for his meat-cutting and salt-drizzling skills, amassing seven million views online.
Gökçe, the co-partner of Nusr-e, told Turkish newspaper Hürriyet he would be opening in London and New York in the next few months, and vowed to become “the world’s greatest butcher”.
It is understood the grill house, which currently has six sites in Turkey and one in Dubai, is opening at the Intercontinental Park Lane.
