Novus Leisure has completed a £200,000 investment in one of its most successful Balls Brother sites; Minster Court.

The refurb includes an update of the design as well upgrading audio-visual equipment in the function room while externally a seating area makes the most of the outside space.

Minster Court has extended its prestige collection of wines and champagnes to now include selected spirits. The newly broadened Minster Court ‘Emporium’ menu will host a wide selection of high-end gins alongside more than twenty hand-picked, blended and single malt whiskeys and a bespoke collection of luxury after-dinner fortified wines.

There is also a refreshed food menu, offering classics such as beer battered haddock and chips with new light bites and lunchtime snacks.

Toby Smith, chief executive of Novus Leisure, said: “We’ve invested heavily into all aspects of Minster Court to ensure it creates a professional and friendly site that is the perfect environment for city workers keen to socialise, network and escape from the office throughout the day and night.

“We know that for the newly evolved Minster Court to be a success it’s not just about the interior or food and drink menus, but all aspects of the operation, particularly staff training and customer communication. By developing our team members to be engaging, attentive and experienced and ensuring they are incredibly knowledgeable about our offering and our products, Minster Court will offer exceptional service throughout the day.”
