Nose Ltd, the pub and restaurant group led by Ged Lynch, will open the third site under its Pointing Dog gastropub format this spring in Sheffield.
The company, which also operates the Mud Crab concept, will open the Pointing Dog Clubhouse on Ecclesall Rd this April.
It will join its original Pointing Dog site in Cheshire and the the Pointing Dog and Duck in Bakewell.
The group recently launched Kitchenette, a new “high class junk food” format at its last remaining Felicini site in Manchester, which comes under its Mud Crab vehicle.
It is understood that the company is in talks on another two sites for its Mud Crab format.
The group has converted four further sites to its US/Australian-themed bar and cafe concept called Mud Crab over the last two years.
The group, which trialled the format on the site of its former eponymous unit in Sheffield in the summer of 2012, also operates sites in Didsbury, Manchester and West Bridgford.
