A new healthy wraps concept is set to launch at Trinity Leeds in early March.

Wraps2Go is the creation of local businessman Adil Hussain and will serve “fresh gourmet wraps” with fillings inspired by recipes from around the world.

Hussain told M&C Report that if the concept is successful in Leeds he would look to open further sites.

Wraps2Go is not connected with US-based chain Wrap2Go.

Also opening soon at Trinity Leeds is Meat Liquor, and the first site outside London for Wasabi Sushi & Bento.

Paul Smith, marketing manager for Trinity Leeds, said: “It’s fantastic to welcome a new raft of delicious dining destinations, from fresh sushi on the go to gutsy burgers inspired by the Deep South. We can’t wait to hear visitors’ reactions to the arrivals coming to the city – and the north – for the very first time.”
