Marks & Spencer (M&S) is to open five new restaurants at stores in London, Colney, Herts, Hedge End, Hants, Lisburn, Northern Ireland, Dublin and Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff. The first three are planned for this autumn, with the other two opening next year.
The expansion follows the success of its first restaurant in Newcastle last October.
The chain will also be opening a second café-style M&S Kitchen in Newcastle this November following its launch in Canterbury.
