The London Kitchen team, lead by managing director Damian Clarkson and event management specialists Beyond Certainty, have announce their exclusive association with St Edmund in the City, a brand new venue situated in Lombard Street close to the Bank of England that launched earlier this week.

St Edmund in the City, formerly known as the ‘Banker’s Church’, was a medieval church destroyed in the Great Fire of London of 1666 and then re-built by St Paul’s Cathedral architect Sir Christopher Wren.

The building is the only church to have taken a direct hit during both world wars. St Edmund’s is full of original features and is flooded with natural daylight. It has space for hosting dinners for 100 and receptions for 150 and the all-weather courtyard garden can be used for alfresco entertaining.

Damian Clarkson, managing director of The London Kitchen said: “We are thrilled to be working with St Edmund in the City. It’s an amazing venue right in the centre of the City and makes a fantastic venue for conferences, meetings, dinners and receptions. This may be an historic building, but it is a brand new event venue for London, which is why we are delighted to be offering the event catering from launch on the 21 May until the autumn.”
