Nana Fanny’s Salt Beef bars, which currently operates street market sites across London including, is to open its first concession unit in the newly created food hall within the Croydon Village Outlet, later this month.
The family run business currently operates stalls in Borough Market, Broadway Market, Exmouth Market.
They produce traditional Salt Beef from a 1944 recipe as well as vegetarian falafel wraps.
They serve traditional Salt Beef sandwiches on Polish style Rye bread with caraway seeds, and Salt Beef bagels, all complimented with thick cut pickles and English mustard.
