Red Rooster bosses Keith Henesey and Steve Pocock have been appointed as managing director and business development director of Mill House Inns.
They are part of a new management team brought in by chief executive Philip Snook and finance director Mike Mills after they acquired the company two months ago.
Andrew Jones, former operations director of Greene Kings Hungry Horse chain, also joins the board as does Sue Newton, as human resources director, from Asda.
Mill House, which has 53 outlets, will be run separately from the 10-strong Red Rooster, where a new management team will be appointed.
