Christobell Harrington-Jones has joined Megan’s as its new operations director. Harrington-Jones joins the 13-strong café restaurant chain after spending a year and a half as commercial food operations director at Hilton. In June, the company announced its intention to recruit a further 100 staff, including two senior board positions as the company continues its growth plans.
