Inventive Leisure, the Revolution vodka bar operator, has continued to build its senior management team under new chief executive Mark McQuater with the promotion of Jimmy Del Giudice to operations director.

He was formerly operations manager at Inventive, overseeing the development of the now five-strong Revolucion De Cuba brand.

McQuater said: “Jimmy is a highly talented person who has contributed a significant amount to the development and growth of our company over the years. We recognise he has extensive knowledge of both the front line operation of Inventive Leisure and the highly competitive market that the company operates in.

“I am confident Jimmy will make an excellent contribution as operations director of Inventive leisure and we whole-heartedly welcome him to the board.”

This morning M&C reported that Inventive has appointed Myles Doran, who formerly worked with McQuater at Barracuda, as drinks retail and procurement consultant.
