The site of Mitchells & Butlers’ (M&B) Birmingham headquarters has been sold for £51m to LaSalle Investment Management.
The site on Fleet Street in the city centre was owned by an overseas investor.
M&B has 30 years remaining on its lease at the site, which comprises 95,000 sq ft of office space and also a 120-bed Ibis hotel.
