Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) will open the first site under its Miller & Carter steakhouse brand in Scotland next month in Edinburgh, and has another three openings lined up for the concept.
The company will open at the Cramond Brig in West Edinburgh on 25 April.
The 30-strong brand will follow this with an opening in Manchester’s King’s Street on 2 May and then at the former Lodge bar in Newcastle on 13 June.
The group, which opened its latest site under the format late last year in Bath, is also set to open a site under the format in the Old Cattle Market development in Hereford.
Last summer, Alistair Darby, M&B chief executive, told M&C Report that the company is ready to put its shoulder behind its steakhouse concept as it looks to grow the brand’s pipeline.
M&B has previously said it would look to grow M&C to a 50-strong estate.
