Luminar names new chairman

Luminar, the nightclub operator led by Peter Marks, has announced that Alex Geffert is to step down as chairman on 16 January and will be replaced by Bob Brannan, former group managing director of Whyte & Mackay and William Grant Distillers and Rangers Football Club
