Jamie Oliver has pumped £2.5m of royalties from his new book "Cook with Jamie" into his charity chain of restaurants Fifteen.
He and wife Jools also took a 50% pay cut last year from his two main companies, accepting a dividend of only £900,000 compared to £2m the previous year.
