High profile chef Jamie Oliver hopes to one day open a further 10 sites under his Fifteen restaurant model, which employs apprentice chefs from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The are currently four Fifteen restaurants, after a site in Melbourne closed in 2010, including outlets in Newquay and London.

Oliver told The Times: “In another ten years I’d like to think there’d be at least another 10 around the country. I’d like to have a Fifteen in every major university town in England.”
