Itsu’s chief customer officer Neil Miller returns to Hostech in 2023 to update on the brand’s digital transformation.

Earlier this year, Miller presented the ‘end of the beginning’ at Hostech, where he set out itsu’s plans for digital transformation, embracing the shift from footfall to fingers, and setting out his four big bets for itsu in 2022.

Returning to Hostech 2023 on 8 February, he will give a unique insight into the highs and lows of delivering a digital transformation programme including the opportunities, challenges and the lessons learnt - and will reveal if those big bets are delivering on their promise.
