Inigo, the sushi hand roll concept, is seeking £350,000 in crowdfunding to roll out kiosks across London.

The concept, which currently has one site in Throgmorton Street, hopes to have four sites open by the end of the year.

The Crowdcube campaign, which is also raising funds to scale up capacity for its corporate catering operation, launched on 27 August.

Inigo is seeking £350,000 for a 13.46% stake in the business, with a pre money valuation of £2.25m.

The Jeremy Bliss led brand It is looking for three kiosks in high footfall locations and in one food hall.

Bliss said: “We are proud of our growth in this short time since we set up shop. We have a growing and loyal clientele at Bank so we are excited to expand the branch of the business. The extra opportunity to scale up with our corporate partners make this an excellent moment to bring in new investors and give us the opportunity to corner the market.”
